Carrie Cothrum received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Baylor University.
After earning her Master of Arts degree in History from the University of Texas at Tyler, she completed a Doctorate of Philosophy in United States History at Texas Christian University.
She has taught courses at Hill College, Collin County Community College, Lon Morris College, and Texas Christian University.
During her tenure at Lon Morris College, Dr. Cothrum served as an Admissions Counselor and Recruiter, Registrar, and Director for Institutional Research and Accreditation.
She worked in the development of Coping With College, a residence life program for freshmen, and led the institution in the implementation of a student information system.
She also directed the re-accreditation process for Lon Morris College and served as the Chief Academic Officer while holding the position of Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs.
She is a member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association.

Jennifer Baugh Royer completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at Texas A&M University. She received a Master of Arts degree in History from Stephen F. Austin State University and Doctorate of Philosophy in United States History from Texas Christian University.  

She has taught at Stephen F. Austin, the University of Texas at Tyler, Lon Morris College, and Texas Christian University. She served as the chief advocate for student interests while working as the Dean of Students at Lon Morris College.  

Dr. Royer led the development and implementation of the Freshman Success and Orientation initiative while also creating a program for parents of students. After her promotion to Vice President for Student Affairs, she provided oversight for the Dean of Women, Office of Enrollment management, Office of Student Activities, Office of the Chaplain, Residence Life, Outreach and Continuing Education, and the Freshman Success Program.  

She is an associate member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association.
